No payment details. No location. No advertising. No selling your data — ever.

Questions you might have

Only what's needed to run the rota: your name, your email, the dates you mark as away, and the roles you're scheduled for. A phone numberis added only if you choose to, and only so we can send you reminders. That's it — no payment details, no location tracking, no hidden data.
Only people in your own church. Your teammates can see your name and when you're serving, as you'd expect from a shared rota. Your coordinators and admins can see a little more to manage the schedule. No other church can ever see you — that separation is enforced deep in the database, not just hidden on screen.
Never. Your number is used for one thing: the serving reminders you opted into. We don't sell it, we don't advertise to you, and it's only ever passed to WhatsApp at the moment a reminder is actually sent. You can remove it or turn reminders off any time in your profile.
Yes. Everything travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted on trusted infrastructure. Sign-in is handled by a dedicated secure provider, and passwords (if you use one) are never stored in a readable form. You can read the full detail on our security page.
Absolutely. You can update or clear your details yourself at any time, and you can ask to leave. When your church removes you — or you ask to be removed — your personal information is deleted or anonymised. It's your data, and you stay in control of it.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no marketing profiles. Serving Rota only uses what's necessary to keep you signed in and the app working.
